Refund policy
If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items showing any signs of wear, including stains, odors, or damage, will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@after5archive.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. After we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, and please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process it.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
